Kalanchoe Dragon Fire

My Kalanchoe Dragon Fire is very green, as you can see in the photo above.

I looked up light requirements, as I know correct lighting encourages many succulents to take on a red color.

Dragon Fire needs 4-6 hours of direct morning or late afternoon sun. It likes bright indirect light the rest of the day.
If grown indoors, a south or south-east, or west facing window is usually the perfect spot to encourage a change of color. I was growing mine in a north facing window. No wonder there was not a hint of red. It is definitly time to relocate my plant.

Unfortunately the south-east side of our home is quite shady, so not an option.

I just moved my plant to an east facing livingroom window that gets morning sun. I will let you know if I notice any change. This will be an experiment of sorts. Hiope to get back to you soon.
