Surfing in Austin Texas? Our son was raised in Southern California and grew up surfing. He also authored the book,Surf Stories by Ryen Phillips. A fun read, especially if you enjoy surfing tales. We’ve had several days of much needed rain in southern California. As I walked around our garden this morning I couldn’t help but notice the beauty of the raindrops on roses. I ran into the house and found my camera.
The leaves were silvery. It was beautiful in the garden after the rain.
I haven’t been consistent about exercising lately, so last night I decided I’d get up early today and swim. I’m one of those people who needs to exercise early in the day, or it just doesn’t happen. Continue reading
