Look who is enjoying the sun. It’s our daughter’s cat, Tui in New Zealand. The Tui bird is a black and white bird indigenous to New Zealand. Tui is a lovely cat. She was adopted from the SPCA.
Here she is again and you can see why she was named after the black and white Tui bird of New Zealand.
Cyclone Cook is over, and the weather is beautiful. Took this photo of Pilot Bay New Zealand, this morning. A few days ago when I learned a cyclone was headed our way, I did not know what to expect, and was told it is the same as a hurricane in the United States.

Most mornings around 10:00 I have a cup of tea and a Gala apple. This apple was so pretty that I hated to eat it. The photo I took doesn’t do it justice, but I wanted to post it on Plum Bird Corner. By the way, I finally ate it, and this beautiful apple was as delicious as it looked.
Look what is peeking at me over my garden wall.
I don’t know the name of this bush, but it sure is pretty. I hope our neighbor doesn’t do any pruning, because I love having it cascade into our yard.
