When our vacation took us to Zion National Park, I had no idea just how diverse Utah’s landscape would be. After three trips into the park, we set out to explore more of Utah. We headed up the mountain to Brian Head, a popular Utah ski resort, which is also the highest resort town in the United States. Its base elevation is 9,800 feet and its peak elevation 11,300 feet. We were surrounded by pine trees as we drove higher and higher.
At a little over 10,000 feet, we reached the tree line and were surrounded by meadows.
Another day of perfect weather made for a fabulous day of exploring!
We were there a few years ago. Beautiful!
We loved it and plan to go back next year.
