Today is another cool and rainy day in California. Perfect for a hot cup of coffee with a frothy top, and a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa.

Several weeks ago my husband, Martin brought home this little gadget. It is called The Quick Whisk. He’d watched a demonstration at a local supermarket, and was impressed with good reason. I love it and use it for frothing non fat milk, making instant puddings, whipping eggs, and anywhere you would use a whisk. It is much quicker than setting up my electric hand mixer. It shouldn’t be used for thick mixtures, but for light whipping it is fast and perfect. By simply pushing the handle up and down the whisk rotates quickly. It is also easy to clean and I use it often.

Looking at these photos makes me want to make myself a warm drink, and as soon as I finish this post I will be off to the kitchen. Think about getting yourself a Quick Whisk.I know you’ll love it.
