It’s a new month, so I looked for a June photography challenge in Pinterest. Since I love to be out in my garden so much, I thought it would be fun to find the subject for each day’s challenge in my garden. The topic today is Texture. I always think of texture being rough, but when I watered this succulent this morning I was taken with it smooth texture and the different shapes that make it look like a jig-saw puzzle. Below is a close up of the same plant. The texture reminds me of smooth rounded pebbles. Tomorrow’s topic is, Calm. I wonder what I will find to photograph tomorrow, to fit the topic?
