Yesterday my husband and I spent a day at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. It was an outing that was offered by our local community center. As we drove up the driveway I saw this beautiful bronze statue of President Reagan on his horse. It was my favorite. Just before we left, I was able to walk down the drive and take this photo.

I found this cozy spot aboard Marine One, the presidential helicopter used by the Reagans. If you have not been to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library,  I highly recommend that you go. We definitely plan to go again. I will be sharing more photos from this wonderful visit with you in the near future.

I’ve been stuck inside with bronchitis for the past week, and Plum Bird Corner has been sadly neglected. I went out into the garden this morning to get some fresh air and sunshine. As I sat quietly on our wooden bench, I spotted this beautiful rose hip. I went back inside for my camera and took this photo. I must be feeling better.
