The Hummingbird feeder bandit has been discovered. I wondered why the hummingbird feeders were emptying so quickly. This morning I found out, and above you can see the culprit.
Here he is again, but this time he is enjoying time on the hummingbird swing. It means I have to fill the feeders more often, but it is fun watching this beautiful bandit. At first I thought this was a female Hooded Oriole, but when I looked back at a previous post I had written in 2015, on the Hooded Oriole that had visited our feeder, I realized it was not the same type of bird. If anyone can identify this bird, I would love to hear from you.
